Each of our homes is set up for no more than three residents and two caregivers, so residents get help with daily living in a normal home, on a normal street, with the same faces every day. The scale is the point: three residents, not thirty.

Support with the ordinary parts of a day: bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, laundry, and moving around the house safely. A caregiver is present through the day, and routines are built around each resident rather than a facility schedule. Residents keep their own preferences about meals, activities, and downtime.

They are separate programs and we keep them that way. Our housing program is about getting or keeping a place of your own, with care delivered there. Assisted living means moving into one of our small homes, where the house and the caregiver support come together as one arrangement.
